Co-location
- World class co-location services helping you protect your mission critical IT services. Customers can choose from 1 rack to an entire floor, with three procurement models to best suit your business needs.
- Customers can select from retail per rack models, via ColoConnex, wholesale “white space” SQM models or full utility models for high performance compute.
- Customers can customise their storage and operating environment to best suit their needs.
- Security models include shared colocation areas, class C racks, private cages, Zone 3 or 4 SCEC endorsed and DTA certified areas and a dedicated Government floor.
Smart-hands
Polaris provides customers access to smart-hands services, using experienced and highly trained staff to deliver hands-on services, any time day or night. These services are delivered via Realwear and Microsoft Teams. Customers can view a live stream of the smart-hands session and provide direct video and audio input to the technician while they are executing the required task. Customers can then access the entire session recording following service conclusion.
Cross-connect
Polaris provides cost effective cross connects connecting customers to carriers, other tenants, business partners or service providers in one of our two meet-me rooms connected via diverse paths to all our data floors.
Fibre-network connectivity
Polaris is carrier neutral with point of presence of all major carriers, provides direct public cloud onramps via megaport and have access to a 140km dark-fibre ring to the Brisbane CBD interconnecting to most major Brisbane Data Centres. More information about the Ring of Fibre can be found here.
Hybrid cloud solutions
Through its strategic partner, Deloitte, customers can procure world class hybrid and private cloud solutions that are Certified Strategic by the DTA.
Self-service
Polaris customers will gain access to a self-service portal that provides a single location to manage customer requests, billing and queries.

Customers can request the support of Polaris’s highly trained staff members for infrastructure delivery, installation and power-up. Alternatively, customers can maintain complete control of all aspects of their infrastructure within Polaris.
